Dear Members and Guests,

Given the recent light pole incident on Court , the CTC Board engaged an Engineering firm to investigate  the condition of all light poles. The Board has concluded from the investigation that sufficient risk exists for Courts 1, 5 and 6 to be temporarily closed to enable works to be completed to secure the light poles before any play can be resumed on these courts.

The Board expects to have quotes this week and estimated duration of completion in a timely manner. We will keep the membership notified as to the progress of the works and expected completion date.

Please take into consideration the operational impacts with our staff doing everything we can to continue with BAU utilising the remaining courts at 120a Fullers Road as well as the utilisation of 52 Fullers Road.
